If you changed your mind and do not want the item, or if you measured your pet incorrectly and need a new size, you can return it to us at any time within 60 days. Please contact us at email@example.com to complete your refund.
Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
If the item is defective, please e-mail us a picture or video (preferable) of the defect and we will process your replacement ASAP.
To complete your replacement of a defective item, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will guide you through the process.
Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment between 7-15 days.
